Frequently Asked Questions (jump to top)
- I cannot view SupeRoy.com.
- Movies run extremely slow on my system.
- Solution 1: This is most likely because of your internet connection (on rare occasions, because of the SupeRoy server). Pause other downloads to maximise your connection speed.
General (jump to top)
- System Requirements
- Operating System: Windows (PC). SupeRoy.com no longer runs on Macintosh systems.
- Browser: Internet Explorer, Firefox.
- Flash Player 9 or above. To get Flash, click here.
- Popups may need to be enabled for some features to run.
- Internet Speed
- Recommended speed: Higher than 50 Kbps.
- Dial-ups users can still view SupeRoy.com but allow time for the graphics to load. The dial-up feature does not yet exist for SupeRoy v.3.

Navigator (jump to top)
- What is Navigator?
- The Navigator is the top menu bar which will be visible on almost every page of SupeRoy.com. Use it to navigate around the website.
- I cannot see the Navigator.
Theatre (jump to top)
- I can view movies but they run very slow.
- Solution 1: Most movies are published with a loading bar. If a movie does not have this feature, let it run through once and refresh the page.
- Solution 2: If possible, set the Flash movie quality to low.
- Solution 3: Try to close other windows that may contribute to the lag.
Downloads (jump to top)
- Where do I download SupeRoy files?
- Use the Navigator to locate the Downloads page.
- How do I download files?
- Click on the file and a new window will pop up.
SupeRoy Insider (jump to top)
- Where do I get SupeRoy updates?
- Updates can be found at the News Browser.
- Recent updates crawl in the footer of most SupeRoy pages.
- I cannot view SupeRoy Insider.
